About Patania Hatu
In this village there is a lake which is link with peroowaghagh. Yearly the deuta (goddess) wish to visit the village.

The ponds/lake has tremendous story... in ancient time the Bhengraj family daughter was washing the cloth at the Lake. Their she saw a lotus flower in a water which was extremely beauties, she want to plug but which was so far to reach. At last she decide to get inside the water, when she got nearer and nearer, the water come to her chest level but when she plug it, she was sink into the water.

No one knows that where she is gone away, However the cloth what she was washing it was laying beside the lake. Her parent search every where in the jungle but nor their they could see her leg mark in the jungle.. at last they thought that it was taken by the beast or tiger. They stop searching in the jungle however the her parent and family was worried about her. After a few days in his father dream one person come and said that i'm a person who took your daughter for my wife. So, we will be visiting tomorrow. The next day they were expecting the person will come with dholak and mandra with many people, but it was not seem to be that. What they saw is that one cock is in front, followed by many animals, behind the animals they saw their daughter and some person coming with her.

All the animal eat and drink at the Lake till three days. All elder family members they sit in meeting regarding her dowry (daam). At last the damat said i don't have any money. So, i can give my animal as dowry for your daughter...when her father saw the animal he said "what can i do with this animal neither would understand my language nor he can work in my paddy field (ye janwar kya karega, na hal jod sakta hai or na hi mera bhasa samach sakta hai, mere kis kam ka nahi). He rejected the offer for her daughter dowry.... he said "I will not take anything from you". But his son in law was so unhappy then while leaving the village he left one animal as dowries.... that animal was unique ....... till 1960s... it wish to rain for seven days and seven ngiht but now... with some mistaken by the villagers it's rain only three days and nights...

In past time the idol (deuta) wish give to each to everyone who doesn't have any thing to eat. Everyone did ask to him and return him as he gives... But one day one of the villager give him Godha dhan (black rice) instead of red rice. The deuta got angry saying that i'm giving you good good rice but your returning and giving me burn rice. From this day onward i will not give to you any more.. till today it was stopped.

People have listen different story from different people with different angle, thought the same story but different views.

... to be continue...
